Indeed, we believe that God is in full control of our lives and we have everything we need for living, but when stress overwhelms us, we may lose our ability to trust God somewhere down the road. Stress can wear us down physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, so we need to be equipped with a plan for dealing with it.

- Turn to God in prayer.
God is our refuge and strength, the very present help in the time of trouble– Psalm 46:1. So, when worries, doubts and fears begin to inundate your thoughts and feelings, put your prayers down on paper and tuck them away in a prayer box -Blessed And Grateful to allow God to take care of them all. Putting all your prayers in a prayer box symbolizes that you entrust all your burdens and cares to Him.

- Reflect on the Word of God

- Rejoice and worship the Lord
Giving thanks and praises to God for His goodness will help us focus on God and take our minds off of ourselves and our trials. As our praises rise, cares and burdens diminish, the atmosphere shifts when we begin to worship God who is bigger than our problems. It is amazing and liberating to release our burdens to the ONE who can take care of everything.
